Room and Pillar Spa – Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To ensure we can accommodate all guests and
respect our practitioners’ time, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment are
subject to our late cancellation policy, with two options available:

1. Rebook Within One Week
Pay the full price of the scheduled service today and rebook your appointment within one week of the original date. 

2. Late Cancellation Fee
Opt to pay a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service total.

No-shows or same-day cancellations without notice will be charged the full service amount, and rebooking will require prepayment for future appointments.
