Cancellation Policy

To ensure we can best serve all of our guests, we kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. When you book with us, we reserve dedicated time with one of our practitioners especially for you.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a 50% late cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. 

All appointments require a credit card on file or prepaid booking at the time of scheduling. In fairness to our practitioners and other guests, no exceptions can be made to this policy.
